Wraparound Care at Kids' Club
Welcome to Kids’ Club,
Wraparound care for children attending The Saplings Pre-school and The Firs Lower School.
All Kids’ Club staff work within both of these settings during the school day to ensure continuity of care and familiarity with the children.
We understand that each child requires something different from wraparound care, and we therefore endeavour to cater to everyone’s needs with adult-led themed craft activities, playground games and sports, a variety of board games, puzzles and role-play.
However, we also acknowledge that some children just need time to read quietly, play with Lego, or to simply enjoy colouring as ways to wind down from a busy school day.

Food and Drink
A bookable breakfast is available (at an extra charge) up to 8.25am. Breakfast consists of a selection of cereals or toast, with fruit.
Tea is available after school for children that have booked into the 6pm collection session (at an extra charge) providing a healthy and nutritious light meal.
If booked, tea is served between 4.30 and 5pm.
Water is freely available throughout each session.

For any ad-hoc bookings there will be an additional charge of £2 on top of each session fee.
Bookings
Places can be booked for regular use on one or more days of the week, or (subject to available places) occasional one-off bookings can be made. Kids' Club is open to all children who attend The Firs Lower School and Saplings Pre-School during term time.
Late Collection
If you will be collecting your child from Kids’ Club later than the session that you have booked, please inform us as soon as possible. If you have booked until 5pm but collect after this time, you will be charged for the additional 5pm - 6pm session, along with an admin fee of £2.00.
Late charges may be applied beyond 6pm per child as follows:
Collection between 6:00 pm - 6:20 pm £10
Collection beyond 6:20 - 6:30 pm £20
Collection beyond 6:30 pm £30
